SYLVANUS A. NACHERI, Ph.D. OWNER & PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Sylvanus founded A-1 Affinity Care after working in the healthcare industry planning and providing HCS program services to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and related conditions (IDD/RC) in group home settings for a decade. He previously trained and served as a public school administrator and a public school teacher, teaching both regular and special education students for 20 years. For him, planning and providing services to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and related conditions is not just work. Its a commitment to serve them, empower them, and integrate them in the communities in which they live. Sylvanus holds a PhD in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies.
