Our staff consists of qualified men and women who, consistent with our mission, are carefully selected and trained to serve, empower, and integrate individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and related conditions (IDD/RC) in the community in which they live by providing them with premier Home and Community based Services (HCS). Among the services are residential support services (RSS) which include, for example, activities of daily living (ADLs), assistance with medication administration, housekeeping, meal planning, meal preparation, ensuring personal hygiene, assistance with ambulation, ensuring health, safety and security as well as community integration which involves going into the community to, for example, eat at local restaurants, mingle at the park, go to the movies, go bowling, or spend a day at the zoo. Other services provided by our staff include supervised living (SL) for high functioning individuals and transportation.
